During check-out we will fill out an "equipment check-out sheet", and document with videos/pictures the rented machines to ensure that both the renter and LAVA OUTDOOR FUN RENTALS are protected incase of any discrepancies in damages. If any damages occur by fault of the renter, the renter will be responsible for repairs. No repairs will be allowed by the renter or other suggested mechanics.
We ask that you show up 15 minutes before your rental time to go over any paperwork and to give a brief overview of the controls of the machine. Half day rentals are 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm. Evening rentals by appointment only 5pm-9pm. Full day rentals are 9am-6pm. 24 hour rentals are 9am or 6pm start times. For multiple day rentals (3+ days), please contact us for a discounted rate.
All of our machines are simple to operate. If you have never used one before, don’t worry, we will teach you! All of our rentals (except four-wheelers) have an automatic transmission, and they operate similarly to driving a car. The four-wheelers are very easy to get the hang of as we offer ones with semi automatic transmissions.
We do have helmets and goggles available for free with your rental! All of our helmets are DOT certified and we have many sizes available ranging from Youth XS to Adult XXXL, we are sure to have a helmet that will fit just about anyone! *renter is responsible for any damage to helmets or goggles and will be charged for replacements if ANY damage is done.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will receive a 50% refund or credit with less than 48 hours notice of cancellation. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full price.
